I lead Inside Sales, retention, and contact center operations for a national pest control company. I’m also responsible for the day-to-day operations and success of internal door-to-door sales.

- Spearheaded putting the entire contact center on Zoom Contact Center and self-implemented the stack.
- AI Expert Assist, knowledge libraries, quality management (QM), and automations.
- Rolled out across Customer Service, Retention, Inside Sales, Service Operations, Finance, Accounting, and Billing.
